SUCCESS STORIES PART 1.

ROGYN GIBSON NZ BODY-FOR-LIFE 2004 CHHAMPION WOMENS CATEGORY 8.

On the 25th March 2005 Robyn Gibson was rewarded for her stunning achievements in the Body-for-life Challenge Awards Ceremony held at the Bruce Mason Centre by winning her Age Category NZ. Robyn completed her 12 week Challenge on the 5th August last year and became champion of her life losing a record 17.2kgs, along with 9.5 % bodyfat and a total of 60 cm lost over all.

For Robyn a 43 year old nurse and mother of three, life was a real time in motion. Right from the start of her training at the Ponsonby Private Health Club, Robyn's attention to detail with her training and nutrition showed results immediately. Straight away that fueled her desire to produce the best results possible over the 12 weeks,

ANNETTE DOHERTY NZ BODY-FOR-LIFE 2003 CHAMPION WOMENS CATEGORY 10.

At the age of 55 years and being a post menopause woman suffering from an inactive thyroid and high cholesterol both of which I take medication for and for someone who eats healthily and exercises everyday I had a huge problem moving my weight on the scales and changing my body shape. All my life I have had a weight problem.

Meeting up with Ngaire at her Summer Fashion Show and seeing how great she looked inspired me to enter the Body for-life Challenge. The next day I arranged to meet Ngaire at the Ponsonby Private Health Club to get started. My motivation was already part the way there. With her positive attitude and my determination between us we became a recipe for success. However at the end of my 12 weeks I then gave Ngaire a challenge. My wardrobe had to be completely remodelled to my new shape. Ngaire is an excellent seamstress and style consultant.

On the 10th March 2003 my friend Annette Doherty's achievements were rewarded at the EAS BFL Awards held at the Bruce Mason Theatre. Annette became a NZ Champion winning her age category and also putting her in the Top 2000 in the world amongst 246,000 entrants from over 50 Countries. I was so delighted to be able to share that with her and her family on the night. Now it's your turn!!!!
